Challenges: Working on behalf of Roger Grace & Assoc., assist Alloptic to launch its new solution – IP PON-local loop solution – within 90 days of relationship commencement. Establish Alloptic as a thought leader by educating target audiences on the benefits of its solution.

Strategy: Leveraged industry contacts to introduce the company to the telecommunications industry. Articulated the problems associated with the limitations of the last mile and the high-cost of traditional solutions. Stimulated demand for the next-generation solution through trade press and analysts. Created baseline editorial opportunities and speaking opportunities that resulted in award nominations and published customer case studies.

Results: In 60 days, Skye’s and Roger Grace & Assoc. efforts with Alloptic resulted in multiple speaking opportunities at leading communication conferences and multiple stories in Broadband Week, EETimes, and Telecommunications Magazine, as well as the creation and placement of a case study.
